Colloquium Thessaloniki

As part of the Erasmus+ project DIALOGOS, a stimulating colloquium took place on July 7 at the Old School of Philosophy, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, spotlighting critical issues in Public Service Interpreting and Translation (PSIT) for Languages of Lesser Diffusion (LLD), with insights from three distinguished scholars.

Assoc. Prof. Georgios Floros – “Intersectional Ethics in Non-Professional Interpreting and Translation (NPIT)”

Dr. Sara Polidoro, post-doctoral researcher, “The War in Ukraine and the 2022 Refugee Crisis in Belgium, Czech Republic and Italy: interpreters between vicarious trauma and post-traumatic vicarious growth”.
